CH Realty, formerly Central Highway Real Estate Limited, a Bahamian owned real estate firm was established by our founder, Peter Galanos on the 30th July 1997.  CH Realty licensed by the Bahamas Real Estate Association on the 23rd June 1998, under it’s founder as a brokerage and agency.

Mr. Peter Galanos, Founder , was a former Member of Parliament, who has broad experience in Government and over 40 years of knowledge in the Financial and Real Estate sector. He served as Chairman of the Bahamas Housing Commission, Chairman of the Air Transport Advisory board, Chairman of the Road Traffic Authority and also a non resident Ambassador for Latin America. His Public Office exposure is complemented by having been raised on the beautiful Island of Cat Island, where he attended New Bight all age school which makes him keenly knowledgeable of the Family Islands and intimately familiar with Family Island concerns. International clients can greatly benefit from his wealth of information.

Fabian Bain, Managing Director, is a seasoned professional with over twelve years experience in the areas of International Banking, Real Estate Investment and Development.
Hard working, fast, knowledgeable and trustworthy Fabian enjoys working with clients from around the world.
Educated in Bahamas, Canada and the United States Fabian holds a Bachelor of Administration from Acadia University, a Certified Public Accountant license from the state of Georgia, Certified International Anti-money laundering and Compliance professional , a Trust Estate Practitioner & a licensed Bahamas Real Estate Agent .
Having worked in offshore banking for 12 years and real estate development for seven Fabian brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his clients.
